This is a vary hard thing to go though im going though it right now and have since i was 9 but i found out about something called shifting my friend told me about it and she said it helped her get away from the world for a bit actually tho becuz shifting is when u go to a difrent world u may not beleave in it but u should google it and see what it is it’s hard but it might make u feel better
