i used to have those too because of my parent they insulf me and bodyshame me but when ever i had those thoughts i would ignore them becuse i know im not useless we can all learn from our mistakes and those thoughts actually helped me

Also my parents relashonship has been breaking apart and they yell and swear a lot. I do get flinchy sometimes

One thing that happend is that I was waiting after school, and my friend came over to me and said that another one of my friends talk bad about both of us behind our backs, so now I get scared when I mess up or someone yells at me
