VikingPrincessJazmine Thats ok, just a way for them to contact you if anything is up, or feedback maybe, but once you send a request, you will get the help you need :)

VikingPrincessJazmine Thats a good approach, you can talk to her about it but you need information to give to send a support request such as name, school, @, number and if you can, log onto your account at her house, screenshot the problem u have and send the info to them, but make sure to log off when you finished using makers empire at her house because its your account :) for safety reasons
PrettyLilThang I do I have a friend but she doesn't know the issue. So When its summer, I can contact them maybe since im out of school. But that might take long.
VikingPrincessJazmine Ooh alright, have you tried asking your friends for their help on if you do visit their homes you can try going on their device so you can send a support request. I can only contact them but they need your information, thats why you have to do it or someone that can physically help you, it requires some things i cannot provide

PrettyLilThang Also, I do play at home. Im not allowed to a computer. i asked my parents. They said no. :( If I told my teacher, my teacher would delete this. idk why but she would. Does that mean you can't contact them? 'Cause now i'll not be making anything anymore. :l
